Get the Skills to Tackle Feline Overpopulation! St. James Parish library-East Bank is hosting a Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) class and you’re invited! Learn how to humanely trap cats, and get them fixed to prevent further overpopulation. Our class will cover best practices, different types of traps, and the importance of ear tipping.
